Ingredients : 

 200 g Rice
 3 green onions
 1 Bunch celery
 4 apples ; 2 red and 2 green or yellow ; Sliced
 100 g Nuts 
 1 Cup lemon juice
 1 teaspoon saffron
 1 tablespoon Butter 
  pinch of SALT 
  Pinch of black pepper
  pinch condiment

DIRECTIONS  :
