Healthy Dish for lose weight
Cup Idlies....
Ingredients:
1 cup urad dal
1 cup flattened rice/ avalakki
2 cups broken rice/ kadumbutt thari
1 cup flattened rice/ avalakki

Seasoning
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 " " channa dal
1" " jeera
Few cashews nd 1/4 teaspoon asafoedita
1 teaspoon urad dal

Directions :
Soak urad dal fr 3 hrs n flattened rice fr 3 mins and grind together. Add 2 cups of broken rice/ (kadumbutt thari) to the grinded mixture and leave to ferment overnight.
For seasoning...
Dry roast all the above ingredients separately and mix to the batter . Pour the batter to small cups( half portion, as it wl rise) and place in steamer fr 20 mins .. N serve hot with coconut chutney/ mushroom curry...
