Spaghetti with meatballs

Hi every body and welcome on our website www.restaurantbosses.com today we will prepare the best dish in this weekend , Spaghetti with meatballs,   the recipe is prepared by Diana Barajasthank for she , lets prepare the recipe  (waw yummy and tasty am very hungry hahahah)



INGRIDIENTS : Spaghetti with meatballs 




Meatballs :
1 1/2 pds ground beef
1 1/2 pds ground pork

1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
2 eggs
1 cup Italian flavor bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk(add a little at a time until you get the right consistently don't want meat to lose
Salt and pepper to taste

Add everything into a large mixing bowl except milk mix milk in a little at a time making sure not to make meat to lose.....DON'T OVER MIX
get your ice cream scoop and scoop out as many meat balls as you can
In a little amount of heated oil brown meatballs but don't cook all the way through place on a plate covered with a paper towel and set aside

Marinara sauce
1 lg can crushed tomato
1 sm can tomato sauce
1 sm can tomato paste
1 sm onion diced
6 to 7 garlic cloves chopped
1/4 cup Fresh oregano stemmed and shopped
1/4 fresh basil chopped
1 tesp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 tesp sugar to cut acidity from tomatos
1 can chicken stock
Olive oil


DIRECTIONS : Spaghetti with meatballs 


In a heavy dutch oven add olive oil heat to med heat
Saute onion till translucent
Add garlic and saute till you smell the garlic fragrant about 1 min
Add half the basil and oregano saute another sec
Add tomato paste saute for 1 to 2 min 
Add all other tomato's stir in salt pepper and crushed pepper also the remaining oregano and basil and sugar
Now add chicken stock a little at a time making sure you don't thin out sauce to much 
Now add your meatballs in carful not to break up the meatballs 
Bring to a boil then take heat down to med low heat and let simmer for 1 hour making sure to stir often so nothing sticks to pot

Serve over pasta of your choice i like my pasta al dente but you cook to your preference
