Gur walay rice ( Jaggery rice )

hi welcome in our website  today with a new recipe and his name is Gur walay rice this recipe is prepared by my best friend Pretty Nadia and lets go to preparation .

Ingredients :


Rice= 1/2 kg ,
jaggery = 1/2 kg
green cardamom= 4 to 6
cloves= 4
funnel seed = 1tb,
Almonds,coconut flakes & dry dates= 2,2 tb
oil= 3/4 cup 

directions


In a pan take jaggery & 3/4 cup of water.cook it till it become syrup.when jaggery melts add 3tb of milk & stain it. 
boil rice till full done but they should not mashy.(no one kanni or two kanni remains)
Now heat oil fry all nuts n take them out.In the same oil add cardamom,cloves n funnel seed.when frangrance come out ,stop the flame & add jaggery syrup.again let it to the stove.when one boil comes add rice & nuts mix gently.cook for few minutes when syrup reduce leave on dum till rice done.
