now lets go to ingredients and method of Spaghetti carbonara with mushrooms and tomatoes
Ingredients for spaghetti
180g spaghetti
5 smoky bacon rashers with all visible
fat removed and cut into pieces

300ml veg stock
4 tomatoes, halved
250g button mushrooms
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp quark
low calorie cooing spray
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method for spaghetti
Preheat grill, season the the tomatoes and grill cut side up for about 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti as to packet instructions
Spray a large non-stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and fry the bacon over a low to medium heat for 5 minutes.

Using a fork mix the quark, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl until any lumps have been removed.
Add the stock to the bacon, to the heat up to high and cook for 2-3 minutes or until stock has reduced by roughly 1/3.
When the spaghetti is ready, drain and add to the frying pan with the stock and the bacon and cook for 1 minute stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and stir in the egg and quark mixture, mix well and serve.
Meanwhile, spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and fry the mushrooms over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
