Nandos Chicken |
Ingredients : Nandos Chicken
1kg drumsticks1 kg chicken wings
1 bottle peri peri sauce (500 ml )
250 g cream ( cooking cream / nestle cream )
salt to taste
2 tbsp Ginger and garlic
2tsp black Pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
Method : Nandos Chicken
In plastic bag add your salt , Ginger and garlic , black Pepper and drop in your chicken pices and add your vinegar
Give the bag a good shake and once coated place on an oven tray and place into da oven at 210 degrees for 20 mins turning chiken in 10 mins intervals .
drain out any water . once you hv done this .remove sauce spreading and coating chicken .. leave in oven another 20-30 mins
