Weeknight Black Beans

 Fast yummy go to side



     

Ingredients




  1. 1/2onion chopped
  2. 1/2green pepper and or red (I use whatever have in fridge)
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 1 packetSazon with Coriander and Annatto
  5. 1 handfulreal bacon bits (bag next to salad toppings)
  6. 1 dashVinegar
  7. 1 can (27 oz)black beans (I use Goya brand)






Method




Add everything to a pot and bring to a low simmer.. I also add salt pepper and garlic now to with dash of vinegar(light on salt if to salty add more water).

About 20-30 minutes later it will be done onion and if added peppers will all be soft by now

Great over rice or as a soup!..
